If you haven’t previously registered with us at through Guest Connect, you’ll need your reservation number to register on the app. Find your number in your confirmation email from us or your Summary of Purchase.

About the Tauck App…

Q: Who can use the app?
A: Guests with an active reservation for Tauck trips that include the app. You can download the app before traveling after full payment has been made.

Q: Which Tauck trips include the app?
A: We are in the process of rolling out the app trip by trip in the coming months. If you received an email inviting you to download the Tauck App, it is ready for you to use before, during, and after your upcoming trip.

Q: What are “Tauck Favorites”?
A: These are the Tauck team's suggestions for restaurants and local sightseeing in your free time, either during your pre-tour stay at our hotel or post-tour stay after the itinerary ends, or while you’re on tour. Tauck Favorites are a way of sharing with you some of the insider knowledge that we’ve acquired during our many years of experience in these destinations.

Q: Am I responsible for making reservations and bookings for activities recommended on the app for my free time?
A: Yes.

Q: How can I learn more to decide if I want to download the app?
A: Watch our video or go to your app store and search for “Tauck.”

Q: Are there both mobile and tablet versions of the app?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I register on the app to get started using it?
A: If you are already registered at in Guest Connect, simply use the same email address and password to sign in on the app. If you’ve forgotten them, you can request them again. If you haven’t registered on, you will need your reservation number to register on the app. Your reservation number is in your confirmation email from us and your Summary of Purchase.

Q: What if I have questions about the app while traveling?
A: Go to the "Help" section in the app menu or call our dedicated support line: 888-433-0479.

Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use the app?
A: To get the most out of our app, a cellular or WiFi connection is necessary.

Q: Will I incur cellular data charges while using the app?
A: It depends on your cellular provider and the package you have. If you’re traveling internationally, contact your carrier for information about coverage and data charges.
